Ingredients:
- 8 cups of water plus a little (2 Liters)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, very thinly sliced
- A Dozen or So small spearmint leaves.
Directions:
